We are a four-person studio, not a data company. This policy explains in plain language what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to make us delete it.

1. Who we are
Zdrave & Schtastie Wellness Studio is a sole proprietorship owned by Jared Perry, operating from 313 5th St, Marietta, OH 45750, United States. For the purposes of this policy we are the controller of the personal information described below. You can reach us at any time on (216) 767-5400 or at support@zdrave-schtastie.com.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email address, telephone number, and the town you live in, when you enquire or book.
- Enquiry content — whatever you choose to write in an email, on our contact form or leave in a voicemail.
- Coaching notes — general wellness goals and progress notes created during sessions, kept only for clients who have booked with us.
- Payment record — the amount, date and method of payment. Card numbers are handled by our card terminal provider and are never seen or stored by us.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs — our web host records the IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp of requests, as virtually all web servers do. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookie data — see section 4.
The contact form on this website does not send anything to a server. It assembles your message and hands it to your own email program, so nothing reaches us until you press send in your own email client.
3. Why we use your information

We do not sell personal information, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site sets a strictly necessary cookie or local-storage entry to remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics and advertising-measurement cookies are only set after you agree in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. 5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:
- Our web hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf;
- Our email provider, which transmits and stores correspondence;
- Our card payment provider, which processes card transactions directly;
- Our accountant, for bookkeeping and tax filing;
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to do so.
We will never pass your details to another wellness business, advertiser or data broker. We do not disclose that you are a client to anyone without your written permission.
6. How long we keep it

7. How we protect it
Paper notes are kept in a locked cabinet in the studio office. Digital records sit in an encrypted, password-protected account with two-factor authentication enabled, accessible only to Jared Perry. This website is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we keep as little as possible, which is the most effective protection available to a business our size.
8. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, we will honour a request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct anything inaccurate;
- Delete your records, except where we must keep financial records by law;
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies or reminder messages;
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — noting that we do neither.
Email support@zdrave-schtastie.com or call (216) 767-5400 and we will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for making a request or treat you differently for exercising these rights. Ohio residents, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, and visitors covered by the EU or UK GDPR all receive the same treatment described here.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Clients aged 16 or 17 may attend only with a parent or guardian present and written consent. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be mentioned at the studio and, for active clients, by email.
