Zdrave & Schtastie is a small wellness studio on 5th Street in downtown Marietta. We teach practical routines — sleep, movement, herbal tea, breathing, food you actually like — in plain English, at a pace that fits a real week.
Everything below happens in person at our studio, and most of it can also be done by video call if you live further out in Washington County or across the river in West Virginia.

I opened Zdrave & Schtastie in 2018 after fifteen years of shift work and the ragged sleep that comes with it. The name is Bulgarian — zdrave i schtastie, "health and happiness" — a toast my wife's family says over dinner. It felt like the right thing to put over the door.
I'm a certified health coach, not a physician, and I'm careful about that line. I won't diagnose anything, I won't tell you to stop taking a medication, and I'll happily tell you when a question belongs with your doctor at Memorial Health. What I do is help you build habits that hold up on a Tuesday when everything goes sideways.
You will always know what happens next, what it costs, and what we expect of you before you pay anything.
Twenty minutes on the phone. You describe what's going on; I tell you honestly whether we're a good fit or whether you need a different professional.
Sixty minutes at the studio. We look at sleep, food, movement and stress load, then choose two changes — not ten.
You leave with a one-page plan in plain language, emailed to you the same evening so nothing gets lost.
Every two weeks we adjust. Most people work with us for three to four months and then come back seasonally.
I came in because I hadn't slept properly in two years. Jared didn't sell me anything. He changed my evenings — light, screens, one cup of lemon balm tea — and by week five I was sleeping through. That's it. That's the whole miracle.
The Saturday workshop was worth twice what I paid. Eight of us around a table, real questions, no chanting, no jargon. I still use the grocery list we made that morning.
What I appreciate most is what he refuses to do. When I asked about my thyroid medication he told me to take that straight to my doctor. That built more trust than any promise would have.
